Mission and profile

ReSolved Technologies (2020) is a high-tech startup in the field of advanced recycling of plastic waste. We are dedicated to increase the circularity of engineering plastics by addressing complex waste streams for which no proper recycling solutions exist today. Using a proprietary solvent-based technology, we extract valuable plastics from these difficult-to-recycle waste streams and convert them to recycled material of near-prime quality that is suited for closed-loop recycling in high-end markets.

ReSolved Technologies will build and operate recycling plants on its own or in cooperation with strategic partners.

We are looking for a Co-founder/CFO/COO

Job description and Responsibilities

As a co-founder, you will be part of the management team of the company. Your main responsibilities will be fund raising as well as building and maintaining relationships with investors and customers for our products. Further, you will share responsibilities with the founder (CEO) in all actions needed to run and grow the company, such as building and managing a professional organization as well as setting up and running operations in the production plants. As the team grows, there will be room for specialization into CFO, COO or CCO.

Professional qualifications

  • Background and experience in finance and management

  • At least 7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an industrial environment

  • Negotiation skills

  • Experience with building and managing organizations

  • Experience in attracting funds

  • Experience with startups is a pre

  • Fluent in Dutch and English
