Frank Kuijpers (L) has over 37 years of international business experience in engineering, licensing, manufacturing, business, and strategy. Frank’s main motivation is to bring continuous improvement to organizations, so as to enable agility to adapt to future needs, in order to meet company strategic objectives.

Frank has held senior executive positions since 2000 in research & development, strategy, large capital project management, licensing and a business transformation process. Until late 2023 he was leading Corporate Sustainability at SABIC from the SABIC offices in the Netherlands. Frank took up his last position at SABIC as Executive Advisor in October 2023 and retired from SABIC in June 2024. Before the acquisition by SABIC in 2002, Frank worked for Royal DSM NV for 15 years. He started at the licensing subsidiary Stamicarbon, and gained his broad experience through various positions in licensing, engineering, manufacturing, and business.
Ton van der Giessen (R) has been active in the waste and recycling sector for 45 years and has held various management positions at leading companies. In the past 15 years, he has become acquainted with the plastic recycling sector from various angles. On the one hand as CEO at Kunststof Recycling Van Werven B.V. and on the other hand as a member of the Transition Team Plastics and as a member of the Supervisory Board at Circular Plastics NL. He currently holds several Supervisory and Advisory positions and is chairman of the BVOR and Director of the National WEEE Register.
